December 10, 2013. Parking Garage elevators are out of service. Expected time of power restoration is unknown at this time.

November 21 2013. Be aware, six locations throughout the campus will undergo repaving repairs to walkways. There will be occasional noise from machinery, and some temporary minor detours. Work begins today with the bulk occurring tomorrow, and M-W next week. Access to all buildings will be preserved, where detours are needed workers will be present to assist. Please note the following six locations: Centennial Walk- gate arm entry zone, patching by Burk Hall, and the curb-line and stairwell landing area of HUM. GYM front patio- stair replacement and patio repair. TH loading dock- service road will be closed M, and repaved with one lane kept open Tues. and Wed. of next week. SCI- stairwell leading from Quad to SCI 101. Ethnic Studies- repair near the front entry. Dining Center Loading dock Truck entry and access to that segment of Lot 19. Cox Roadway Mon.-Wend. during the closure. Road will be closed as planned regardless of whether the other project still requires it.

Nov. 6, 2013. Kindly be advised that 295 Buckingham Elevator is out of service due to damage to elevator doors. We have been informed by the service technician that the damage is substantial and that a further assessment is required to forecast the repair schedule. Updates will be made available.

Friday October 25, 7 am -9am. The walkways to and into Humanities eastern main entrance, Fine Arts Sculpture Bone-yard, and Burk Hall from Cafe Rosso into Garden of Remembrance and from the other direction garden to Cafe Rosso, generally known as Centennial Walk and/or Coffee Quad, will be closed to all traffic, including pedestrians, from 7:00 am to 9 am,

Oct. 16 AM. Old Burk Hall, C-Wing Elevator floors 1-3 is out of service. Elevator technician is troubleshooting.

Closing Service Road to Lot 6, has been moved up to Saturday, Oct 12, 2013. The road will CLOSE for all traffic, starting 7:00 am, and is expected back in service, late Saturday.

September 18. Mary Ward Hall elevator to the left (facing) is currently out of service and will remain out of service, pending repairs. The elevator is expected to be back in service in one week.

Throughout the month of September the Humanities buildings exterior doors will undergo replacement. Beginning Wednesday Sept. 11 through Friday Sept. 13, contractors will be working at the west exterior entrance of the Humanities building, near room 120. Followed by: North entrance on Sept. 18 -19th (Wednesday through Friday). South entrance on Sept. 25 -27th (Wednesday through Friday).

On the morning of August 22, between 7am - 9am the south west walkways in front of the Science building, facing the Greenhouse and Quad will be closed to facilitate operation of a crane lift, and scheduled work.

On Thursday August 15, there will be a fire alarm test in HSS building. The system test will occur between 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The test will be performed by Simplex and Fire Marshal in new physical therapy lab (HSS-114), Fire Marshal may approve a silent test, but she usually require live test.

08/06/2013: Lot 20 Elevator South side, is currently out of service. Workman is performing repairs and reports that additional repairs may continue to be off and on as fixes may be ongoing.
